We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter / BDR to generate qualified sales appointments for our consulting firm and occasionally for our clients. The ideal contractor has experience with outbound prospecting, using LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage decision-makers, and is confident conducting short qualification conversations that lead to booked meetings. This is a commission-incentivized, long-term opportunity with potential for team expansion. Responsibilities: Execute a proven outbound outreach strategy using: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator & messaging) Cold Email Cold Calling Build targeted lead lists using ICP guidelines Write and send personalized outreach messages using frameworks like PAS (Problem, Agitation, Solution). Follow up persistently across multiple channels to secure meetings Handle early-stage objections (budget, timing, “not interested”) Qualify leads based on set criteria and book appointments directly to our calendars Track outreach, conversations, and meetings in CRM or provided trackers Performance Expectations: Set 6–10 qualified meetings per month (bonus pay for appointments set).
