A Delaware corp I was previously involved with sent me a 4-5 page forfeiture and release agreement. They also owe me some money. I would like a 30-60 minute consultation on the phone then have someone read the agreement and advise me of any concerns, next steps and receiving owed money. It is not a large amount of money, so I am trying to avoid it being eaten up by legal fees, but I believe it is worthwhile that I speak with an attorney to understand the ramifications of signing the agreement.
