I’m looking for an experienced financial analyst or fractional CFO to help me build a dynamic breakeven model for my fishing charter business. The goal is to better understand the cost structure—both fixed and variable—and create a flexible model that allows me to adjust assumptions (e.g., trip frequency, fuel costs, labor, pricing, seasonality) and instantly see the financial impact. Scope of Work: • Identify and categorize all fixed vs. variable costs (boat payments, fuel, bait, labor, maintenance, etc.) • Create a dynamic Excel or Google Sheets model with clearly labeled input fields • Build out breakeven analysis and sensitivity testing based on various pricing and usage scenarios • Include logic for seasonal fluctuations or different types of charter packages if applicable • Provide a walkthrough so I understand how to use the model to make better business decisions Ideal Candidate: • Strong background in small business financial modeling or fractional CFO work • Experience with service-based or seasonal businesses is a plus • Clear communicator and able to explain financial concepts to a non-finance business owner • Bonus if you have experience with marine, tourism, or charter operations Deliverables: • Clean, editable financial model • 1-2 rounds of revisions based on feedback • Optional: short recorded walkthrough or 30-min
