Review of Company Agreement with Product Manufacturer
I have a product that is being produced in China. My sourcing agent in China has had the manufacturer to draw up an agreement where they keep my product specs confidential, etc. I know it does not hold much weight as its an agreement between international entities. However I would like to have someone look over the 3 page agreement with me and help me shape up, add, delete anything from it that is not of my benefit.
