We’re looking for an experienced affiliate marketing expert to help us launch and manage a high-performing affiliate program for our seasonal e-commerce website. This is a strategic role for someone with a proven track record of success in affiliate marketing—especially in e-commerce—and the ability to hit the ground running. What We Need Help With: Recommending and setting up the best affiliate platform for our specific needs Creating and managing an affiliate program that excludes coupon/deal sites Identifying high-quality influencers and content-driven affiliates aligned with our niche Developing a fair and effective commission/payment structure for influencers Guiding us through best practices for outreach, tracking, and reporting Laying the groundwork for possible future support with social media sales funnels Requirements: Proven experience setting up and managing affiliate programs (please provide examples) Familiarity with major affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, Refersion, etc.) Strong understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate recruitment strategies Ability to advise on performance metrics and optimization Excellent communication and organizational skills Bonus: Experience working with seasonal or holiday-based brands or products.
