Project Overview Our small company is a boutique travel agency inviting customers to explore new adventures. To support our mission and growth, we would like you to build a professionally designed WordPress website that reflects our brand and provides a seamless booking experience for potential travelers. Scope of Work You will design and develop a user-friendly WordPress website that includes the following: Website Structure Home – A welcoming page that captures our spirit of adventure, with highlights of our offerings. About – Share our story and what sets us apart. Tour Page – A detailed tour guide page featuring one trip, with beautiful imagery and essential information. This page will be templated for additional tours in the future. Additional Tour Page - Highlighting future trips Contact – A form for general inquiries and communication. Booking Functionality (WooCommerce) – Integration of a payment gateway so customers can securely book and pay for tours directly through the site. Accessibility Feature – Tools to ensure ADA-friendly browsing experience. Possibly add some plugins t that we might pay for. (Paid version with Lawyers / Accessibe or Elementor Plugin which is free and fairly new). Privacy Policy – A clear privacy policy page to meet compliance standards. Additional Features Drag-and-Drop Page Builder – You'll install and configure an intuitive visual builder so we can easily update content without needing to code. Mobile-Responsive Design – The site will be optimized for tablets and smartphones. Ownership – We will retain full ownership of the website upon final payment. Inexpensive hosting service suggestion ? Timeline Kickoff: Upon approval and initial payment [ideally by May 21] Completion: On or before June 20, 2025
