Description: We're building an AI-powered assistant for lawyers and are looking for a Legal Content & Contract Specialist to support us with blog content, template development, and light QA on contract automation logic. This is a great fit for a licensed attorney or experienced legal professional with a background in startup law, M&A, or venture finance, and a strong grasp of legal writing and document structure. We're starting with a capped trial project: review 2 contract templates and draft 1 blog post. From there, we’re looking for someone available for ongoing part-time work (hourly or fixed). Responsibilities: Blog & Thought Leadership - Write blog posts, whitepapers, and LinkedIn content on legal tech, AI in law, startup law, and similar topics - Turn product features and updates into educational content for lawyers and legal ops professionals Contract Template Development & QA - Review legal templates (e.g., SAFEs, engagement letters, employment agreements) and ensure language is market-standard - Provide structured feedback on AI-generated outputs versus expected forms - Flag formatting issues and suggest improvements to variables, logic blocks, and conditional content Must-Have Skills: - JD or paralegal with corporate law experience) - Excellent legal writing and editing skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Word formatting and contract structure Nice-to-Have: - Experience working with legal tech, AI tools, or SaaS products
