ob Description: We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven automation expert to help streamline our business operations using ChatGPT and other modern tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, OpenAI API, Google Workspace, etc.). Our goal is to automate repetitive workflows such as email communication, digital badge creation, certificate generation, and more. You’ll be working directly with our leadership team to identify high-impact automation opportunities and implement intelligent solutions. Key Responsibilities: Build intelligent email workflows that use ChatGPT to draft and respond to Gmail messages based on pre-set rules Automate the creation and distribution of digital badges and certificates (e.g., using Canva, Google Docs, Certify’em, Accredible, or similar tools) Integrate tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Google Sheets to streamline operations Design logic for when and how AI should respond, escalate, or hold emails Create documentation for implemented workflows Offer recommendations for new tools or upgrades to current automations You’re a good fit if you: Have experience with OpenAI API, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, Integromat, Google Apps Script, or similar tools Are fluent in automation logic and workflow design Have a strong understanding of Gmail, Google Workspace, and common SaaS tools Can independently problem-solve and suggest efficient solutions Write clean, well-documented automations Are communicative, proactive, and easy to collaborate with Bonus Points If You Have: Experience generating dynamic digital certificates or badges Experience working in education, training, or professional development industries Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot) or course platforms (Thinkific, Teachable, Canvas, etc.) Project Scope & Budget This is a freelance/part-time role with potential for ongoing work.
