Scrape TikTok / Instagram for high-performing content creators in my niche 2. Add account information to a Google Sheet / CRM 3. If creator email is not found, build email finding capabilities 4. Do personalized research that will be used in an email 5. Upload creators email and personalized email + my branded email template to Instantly AI 6. Generate a creative brief in Google Docs to send as a link in the email to the creator 7. An email Chatbot that will communicate to those who respond OR send the emails to a destination that's easy for me to analyze and respond to 8. Once creator agrees to the deal, send a Typeform that links to Shopify to create a draft order 9. Provide a Google Drive for the creator to upload their draft video for approval 10. Once video is approved, send Google Drive for creator to provide URL to live video 11. Take the video URLs and upload to a real time dashboard that helps track ROI / analytics This is a relatively rough outline, and I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for reading.
