We are seeking a skilled CRM Automation Specialist (developer or automation consultant) to design and implement an efficient intake-to-client workflow and pipeline.. The project involves coordinating website functionalities to ensure seamless client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM platforms, automation tools, and website integration.and design/creation. You will be responsible for mapping out the workflow, setting up automation processes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Strong communication skills are essential as you will collaborate with our team to align the workflow with our business objectives. CRM will control payments, invoicing, design, calendars, document creation and management. Familiarity with Hubspot, HighLevel,Pipedrive, Zoho etc or other similar CRM s a plus. Core Objectives: Implement automations for five website entry types: Simple Message Qualification Questionnaire Consultation Scheduling Second Opinion Request Direct Phone Call Build out workflows from initial contact through client retention Automate email sequences, document requests, reminders, and task assignments Enable tracking through two central dashboard columns: Last Action Taken Current Status Ensure conversion logic is enforced: Stop sequences when a lead engages or retains Trigger onboarding workflows upon payment or signed retainer Annual follow-up automations for stale or ongoing leads
