Zendesk AI Automations for handling tickets


We are looking to automate ticket responses in our Zendesk environment. We have scrapped all of our tickets from Zendesk and have written some macros but haven't completed any automation for ticket replies. We are looking to utilize existing AI tools inside of Zendesk to automate as many commonly asks questions as possible.
