Project Description: We’re seeking a skilled and creative video editor to join our team and bring life to Beyond the Numbers—a podcast at the intersection of accounting, business strategy, and technology. This role goes beyond simple editing: we want someone who can make each episode shine on YouTube, and more importantly, transform key moments into punchy, viral-worthy vertical video shorts for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our host (a CPA and tech-savvy consultant) to edit long-form podcast episodes, select high-impact quotes or segments, and format them into engaging short clips with captions, jump cuts, animations, sound effects, or memes—whatever makes it scroll-stopping.
