Skill Range is an edtech startup reimagining how university students and early career professionals learn business skills through hands-on, gamified experiences. We’re launching Skill Range 2.0—a mobile-only app with swipe-based activities and a business tycoon game. Our invitation-only beta drops April 21st, and we need a Beta Manager to make it a success. Start date April 14th, 2025 for 8 weeks, with likely extension What You’ll Do + Manage the beta rollout for our mobile PWA, ensuring a smooth experience for invited users, including managing the invite process + Drive traction and buzz among students and early career professionals via social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), online communities, and university club engagement. +Collect feedback (surveys, interviews) and metrics (time on site, engagement, NPS) to refine the app. + Engage with testers to gather testimonials and ensure they feel valued. + Create or collaborate on social media content to promote the beta. Who We’re Looking For + Proven experience deploying betas for digital products (apps, B2C, edtech), with a track record of gaining traction. + Strong understanding of Gen Z trends and communication styles. + Social media experience on platforms like TikTok or Instagram, or ability to collaborate with a specialist. + Skilled in collecting feedback and analyzing metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Typeform). + Excellent communication and user engagement skills.
