City: Dallas Texas Videographer Date: May 16 Shoot Date (3PM - 7PM) Location: Komodo Lobsterboys, the direct-to-door wild caught live lobster brand disrupting the seafood industry, is filming an exclusive content piece in collaboration with Komodo Dallas and its executive chef. This is part of our “Fisherman to Fine Dining” campaign, spotlighting chefs who source with purpose and cook with bold flavor. It will also feature Justin and Travis Maderia, co-founders of Lobsterboys. We’ll be capturing: - Behind-the-scenes with the chef, justin and traivs - Chef-led plating of a signature Lobsterboys dish - High-energy interview moments with the chef discussing the state of the seafood system. What's broken or needs to change. - Knowing your fishermen - Lobsterboys co-founders part of this for storytelling and live reaction content You’ll shoot and capture hero kitchen b-roll, chef footage, interview segments, and plating close-ups. - Capture stills of chef, final dishes, behind-the-scenes, Lobsterboys team - Not sure if you need a production assistant for this. - Deliverables: Upload raw video and photo footage to our Dropbox within 24 hours of the shoot
