Residential addition and accessory studio

In need of development of overall cohesive design concept for a residential addition and studio project in Portland, OR. I have a preliminary floor plan and an esthetic direction I need help assessing, focusing and finalizing. From there I need construction documents to pass along for engineering and submitted to city for building permits. Some additional services may be needed at this point. Scope of project involves adding a bedroom, bathroom, pantry/laundry and possible second level loft area to the existing home. Additionally I would like to add a compact 2 car garage with second level loft/studio. Lastly I’ll be converting a shipping container into a home office/ rec room. The plan is to have a cohesive vision to tie all 3 together while exploring most practical and efficient methods to execute project within budget and timelines established.
