As the CEO of a growing education company that has mainly grown via organic growth, I tend to get easily swamped by getting caught up in the cycle of day to day crises that emerge. I need a smart and seasoned "right hand person" who can help direct me on marketing strategy, including what to set our sights on, how to assess our priorities, and what we should have our team members focussed on, in order to take our company to the next level by engaging in the kinds of marketing we've never done before. I'll be looking for help creating a list of goals, a plan, a detailed timeline for goals, a cadence, a calendar and division of labor across various team members. Thank you so much for your interest!
