Hours: ~5 hours/week to start, with potential for more based on performance Location: Remote Compensation: Hourly + potential bonuses tied to performance About the Role: We’re seeking a confident, persuasive phone closer to follow up with high-intent leads who request wellness consultations. You’ll be the first live interaction they have with our premium brand—your job is to build trust, follow the proven script, qualify them, and secure the next step (consultation or deposit). It’s a results-driven position ideal for someone who knows how to guide conversations and close warm leads with empathy and authority. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up quickly with new leads who request consultations (calls/texts). - Lead calls with professionalism and purpose—identify fit, explain next steps, and secure a paid or scheduled consultation. - Overcome objections and answer basic questions using a script and training provided. - Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up status.- You Are: - A confident speaker with a warm but assertive style. - Experienced in phone-based sales, client enrollment, or wellness consult conversions. - Able to follow a script and trust the process (not wing it or chit-chat). - Someone who enjoys skincare, wellness, or health transformation. - Tech-comfortable with scheduling, texting tools, and light CRM use. Bonus If You: - Have worked in a coaching, wellness, or medspa-type business before. - Are familiar with high-ticket sales, free-to-paid call models, or integrity-based selling. - Thrive on results and are looking for long-term growth with a mission-led brand.
