We’re seeking a fluent Spanish speaker with strong customer service experience to provide part-time, as-needed follow-up calls. You’ll be contacting individuals who’ve submitted information related to work injuries, helping us gather or clarify details. Requirements: • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Additional languages are a plus • Previous experience in customer service or client communication • Comfortable making phone calls and speaking professionally • Able to sign a non-disclosure agreement This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours that could grow into a longer-term role.
