QXC is seeking an experienced billing specialist familiar with Rev.io to manage a range of billing tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining our service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all billing-related calls and emails from existing customers. - Post payments to open invoices. - Set up new customers in Rev.io, QuickBooks, and our Zoho CRM system. - Create new recurring and one-time invoices. - Manage collections. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Rev.io and QuickBooks is essential. - Strong customer service skills for timely resolution of inquiries. - Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks effectively. - Experience in the telecommunications billing environment preferred. While we prefer an on-site worker in Boca Raton, FL, we are open to remote work arrangements once we establish confidence in your handling of the role.
