Jackrabbit Technologies is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Onboarding Coach to support new client onboarding outside of standard business hours. As a key player in our client acquisition and retention process, you’ll be responsible for guiding new users through their first 30 days with Jackrabbit via scheduled Zoom sessions. You’ll also provide light support for setup-related questions and ensure a smooth handoff to our Support Team when needed. Key Responsibilities * Conduct scheduled Zoom onboarding sessions with new clients to walk through the core features and early setup steps of Jackrabbit software. *Provide guidance on best practices for adding families, students, staff, and classes, configuring online registration, and managing fees and payments. *Communicate the value of Jackrabbit’s full ERP suite, helping clients understand how Jackrabbit can grow with their business. *Monitor and respond to light onboarding support tickets in HubSpot; escalate more complex issues to the Support Team as needed. *Maintain strong internal communication with the Jackrabbit Team to ensure consistent and high-quality client experiences. *Learn and utilize internal tools and platforms to facilitate efficient and effective communication with clients. Qualifications -Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks, especially during off-hours. -Strong working knowledge of Jackrabbit Software, including setup and best practices. -Proficient in Zoom, with the ability to confidently demonstrate software in a client-facing environment.
