We are a growing self-storage business and all of our locations are operated remotely. We are looking for a part-time operations assistant to help with a variety tasks. The role will be 10 hours a week to start and likely increase over time. Please reach out if you have interest! Weekly: • Track move-in/move-out activities • Log returned locks and keep lock lists updated • Send weekly task list to local field reps • Add updates to Monday board • Review site access logs • Review rental rates and schedule increases Small Projects: • Create and maintain operations document for each facility • Tenant insurance project • Help with direct mail campaigns • Manage annual insurance renewals • Get quotes and coordinate vendors (as needed) • Order supplies
