We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Client Support and Success Coordinator to assist with day-to-day client scheduling, certification follow-up, and internal coordination. This is a part-time contract role with clear responsibilities, immediate tasks, and the potential for ongoing work if successful. You'll work with our internal leadership team and help ensure a smooth, professional experience for our certified clients and prospects. Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Providing complete end-to-end support for certification clients, from initial contact through successful certification completion and follow-up - Scheduling and confirming client interviews via email and calendar (Google Calendar/Zoom) - Sending follow-up reminders and status updates - Utilizing multiple communication channels to engage clients, including phone calls, voicemails, Loom video messages, and personal consultations to guide them through each step of the process - Tracking task completion and lead status in Hubspot and/or Google Sheets - Coordinating light communication with internal teams (sales, operations) - Ensuring all follow-ups and interview setups are handled on time -Flagging any client issues or delays to the internal team Requirements: - Experience and understanding of corporate HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Employer Branding industries - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience scheduling meetings or managing inbox/calendar for teams - Professional client email etiquette - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) CRM experience - HubSpot advanced knowledge - Able to work consistently in U.S. business hours (EST) What Success Looks Like: - Interviews and meetings are scheduled and confirmed without delays - Consistently connecting with clients through their preferred communication method, resulting in higher engagement, clearer understanding of the certification process, and smoother progression through the entire client journey - Certification clients feel fully supported throughout their entire journey with measurable increases in completion rates and positive feedback - Clients are responded to within 24 hours - Internal team is updated and never chasing details - Tasks are closed and documented clearly each day Contract Details: Part-time: ~10–15 hours/week to start.
