This project involves developing a segmented email system that nurtures four distinct user types and aligns with the client’s luxury tone/aesthetic. We're looking for a trusted partner who can fully own all components to achieve our client's email marketing goals via Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit). Estimated Project Timeline: –Kickoff goal: by May 9, 2025 –Draft Audience Segmentation & Email Flows: ASAP upon kick-off –Initial Launch Emails (Location Announcement) + List Configuration: Mid-May 2025 –Finalized Automations & Campaign Templates: ASAP (open to suggested timelines) Role Responsibilities: –Develop a segmented email marketing strategy aligned to the brand’s four key audience types –Collaborate with client & Brydge team to outline automations and campaign ideas tied to website launch and membership onboarding –Write tailored welcome email series for each segment –Create evergreen nurture flows and monthly campaign templates –Ensure all email content aligns with the brand’s tone and membership tiers –Integrate all strategy, copy, and design within preferred platform (Kit.com) –Provide strategic recommendations around timing, list management, and member opt-ins Scope Deliverables to Align On (Open to your recommendations/process): –Email marketing strategy document (audience map, automation flows, message themes, frequency guide) –List segmentation framework and tag/field recommendations –Four welcome series (1–3 emails per segment – open to your recommendations) tailored to user behavior and interest area –Monthly campaign template(s) (branded and editable – open to quantity recommendations) –Evergreen event promotion or offer-based email drafts (2–3 options) –Anything else you may recommend!
