Job Description: We’re looking for a digital systems expert to optimize and connect the backend of our brand’s online ecosystem asap. We’ve already built and are actively using most of these platforms—but it’s all been DIY so far. We need a professional to come in, clean things up, optimize the flow between systems, and help us build simple, repeatable workflows our team can manage going forward. We create all of our own content and already have our brand and messaging dialed in. We’re about to announce a 1000-mile solo ruck across Texas—our biggest public-facing challenge yet—and we need our digital infrastructure to be clean, credible, and launch-ready. This isn’t about building a brand from scratch—it’s about tightening what’s already there and getting it to perform at a high level. What We Need Help With:
