We invest heavily in paid ads, and right now our top priority is boosting our landing page conversion rate from 1.2% to 2.3%. Our current landing page we want to run split tests on to improve conversion rate is: https://freethesheep.com/products/eden-hoodie We’re looking for a conversion rate optimization (CRO) specialist who’s comfortable with custom coding. Our current landing page is here: Eden Hoodie. If you join us, you’ll be responsible for: Creating & testing new CRO ideas on our Shopify site (some tests will require custom HTML/CSS/JS). Making quick turnaround changes and updates to our landing page to support rapid experimentation. Analyzing conversion metrics and user behavior to refine the page design and improve performance. Collaborating directly with our in-house team via Slack (must be available for calls weekly or several times a week). Key Requirements: Availability 10-20 hours per week. Must be able to work US hours (or overlap considerably). Strong front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Proven track record in CRO and A/B testing. Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms to track and measure performance. Great communication skills (we expect consistent Slack updates and video calls).
