Increasing Traffic to E-Commerce website - Expert Needed

I'm looking for an expert in Website/E-commerce traffic generation. Currently, our products sell very well on 3rd party sites. However, we want to be less reliant on 3rd party sites and ramp up traffic to the website. I am looking for an expert that can provide an executable plan and direction on how to most efficiently attack this. Instead of spending money on ads, or one time payments to IG influencers, I want persistent and organic growth (building up an affiliate network for example) and I have a very capable employee, just need to give them an exactable plan so they can go to work.
