I'm studying a large, international IT Consulting and Service company that helps clients run and modernize their systems. They have a group of sellers whom operate across various markets, industries, and service lines. My goal is to develop a) a static digital twin which provided a structural representation of our operations (markets, industries, sellers, accounts) and b) create a dynamic simulation model, which simulates the assignment of sellers to opportunities in the long run.
