We are a Healthcare AI startup recently spun out of Safe Health, a partnership with the Mayo Clinic. Our mission is to leverage AI to streamline healthcare delivery, enabling people to live longer, healthier lives. We are looking for a Telehealth Implementation Specialist with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This person will work with a physician partner to help drive the setup, implementation, and ongoing management of our tele-health practice in the State of California. Our telehealth practice is already established as an entity in California, we are enrolled with payers, and we've begun setting up our clinical workflows for urgent care-type visits. We are at a stage where we need assistance to cross the finish line with our EHR implementation, clinical workflow setup, ongoing payer enrollments, and going live with patient care in California. Responsibilities and assignments to include, but not limited to, the following: - Provider credentialing and contracting - Continuing to enroll the practice with more payers in the State of CA - Working with our Medical Director to set up administrative and clinical workflows for different visit types - Collaborating with Athena Health to continue improving our EHR - General healthcare administration for a telemedicine clinic - Medical coding and billing (or at least knowledgeable on the process) Big plus if you have experience with any of the following: - Athena Health EHR - Working in a startup environment - Telemedicine operations - Experience working with physicians General qualifications: - Strong communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills (i.e., able to seek out answers when you hit a barrier) - Collaborative team member - Strong ability and willingness to learn new skills This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
