What We’re Building A Pacific Northwest real-estate platform that predicts off-market sellers. We ingest CoreLogic parcels, direct-mail responses, and call transcripts, then serve a real-time lead-scoring API. Your Mission • Architect a Snowflake Iceberg lake + hourly-refresh feature views. • Build Snowpark ML pipelines; register & version models. • Expose sub-second inference with model-scoring UDFs and Streams. • Tap Cortex AI for transcript NLP and chat-style underwriting. • Automate CI/CD via GitHub Actions; add data-quality alerts. Daily Flow Write Python + SQL (VS Code / Cursor); prototype new seller-motivation features; track lift; maintain dashboards; join a 10 AM PST stand-up; occasional Seattle/Bellevue sprint reviews. Must-Have • 2+ yrs hands-on Snowflake Data Cloud (Snowpark, Model Registry, Secure Shares). • Solid Python, Pandas/Polars, scikit-learn or XGBoost. • Feature-store + MLOps know-how; Git-based deploys. • U.S. work authorization; WA residency preferred. Nice-to-Have Real-estate or fintech data, dbt/Prefect/Dagster, Snowflake Native Apps experience. Contract 20–30 hrs/week, 3-month MVP → possible full-time or equity. Hourly via Upwork, paid weekly.
