Project Snapshot-please read first before bidding, See attached file. I’m seeking an Excel expert to finish a single .xlsx workbook (21–22 sheets) -see attached,that i already started and have in template form that: • Runs on Windows 7 & Windows 11 • Uses no VBA or macros—formulas & tables only • Scales to 4,000–5,000 transaction rows • Will be used by multiple users with varied Excel skills • Starter workbook that is maybe 50% completed & sample layout provided—you’ll receive a partially built file and look-and-feel mockup before starting ________________________________________ Core Deliverable (One Workbook) 1. RawData (input) & Staging (sorting) o RawData sheet: master transaction table (Date, Description, Amount, Exhibit Ref, Definition, FinalCode, Category) o Staging sheet: formula-driven view that auto-sorts chronologically and feeds all schedule sheets 2. 20 Schedule Sheets (AP, A, B … NL) o Each sheet pulls only its own rows from Staging based on its column criteria (Schedule A ≠ Schedule C) o Builds a subset table that dynamically expands as rows are added o Includes a subtotal block by your provided category definitions + an “Other” catch-all row 3. Dynamic Tables o Tables must auto-expand in each sheet o In some sheets, multiple tables stack vertically (e.g. one table, then a similar table below) 4. Polished Look & Feel o Consistent, professional design across all 21–22 sheets o Follow the sample layout I’ll supply (fonts, colors, banding, header styles, alignment) o Apply formatting to at least a couple of key sheets—and ideally every sheet 5. Documentation & Handoff o In-workbook comments or separate “Read Me” sheet covering:  Table structures & named ranges  Core formulas & logic flow  How to update category lists or add new schedule sheets ________________________________________ How to Apply Please include in your proposal: 1. Experience: Brief summary of your formula-only Excel work, 2. Approach: How you will: o Populate 20 schedules dynamically with expanding tables,maybe pivot tables but must be dynamic o Enforce a consistent, polished design across all sheets 4.
