Edit some animation in an animated video

We have an animated video that has some old branding present on it. We need to modify frames that have that branding, and update the animation to match the new branding. The video is here: (link removed) Anywhere that says "Caramel" needs to be replaced with a new logo. Unfortunately, we won't have access to the After Effects file, and only have access to the MP4 file (the agency that created this originally is no longer around)
