About Us: We are passionate about sharing transformative plant medicine experiences and holistic healing. Our two brands, Plant Medicine People and Bassé — an Ibogaine Therapy clinic based in Mexico — are dedicated to empowering individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and healing. The Role: We’re seeking a talented, creative, and self-motivated freelance designer to collaborate with us on visual content for our social media and website. You will help craft engaging, cohesive designs that inspire, inform, and captivate our community across multiple platforms. We currently use standard tools like Canva and Illustrator, and also AI tools like Jasper and SurferSEO. We are open to using other tools as well, especially for reels. We have design bibles for both brands that you will follow: color palettes, icons, and custom typography. What You’ll Do: -Design eye-catching social media content (mainly for Instagram and YouTube) including posts, stories, banners, reels and video thumbnails. -Create graphics that reflect the unique voice and aesthetic of each brand. -Assist with website updates and refreshes on Squarespace and WordPress, including banners, landing pages, and general visual enhancements. -Collaborate closely with our team to understand brand identity, messaging, and campaign goals. -Ensure all visuals are optimized for web and social media, maintaining high-quality standards. What We’re Looking For: -Proven experience in social media graphic design and website visual updates. -Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity across social media and web projects. -Expertise with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools. -Familiarity with Squarespace and WordPress platforms. -Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to our evolving brand needs. -Knowledge of or interest in plant medicine, holistic health, and alternative therapies is a plus!
