We’re starting by building a clean, intuitive platform that helps users log and organize every shipment, from Bills of Lading to delivery confirmations—all in one secure place. Our MVP enables users to: 1. Log BOLs and driver details 2. Upload shipment specs and proof-of-delivery photos 3. Track delivery time and shipping documentation 4. Centralize visibility over freight movement and accountability This is just phase one. We’re building toward: ^ End-to-end in-transit tracking ^ A network of rated, lower-cost, verified drivers ^ A fully integrated hardware-enabled solution to protect cargo from manufacturer to final delivery Who We’re Looking For @ We’re hiring a Product Marketing Specialist with the insight, experience, and creative drive to take this product to market. @ You’ll help us articulate the real-world value of CargoGuard, develop powerful narratives that resonate with shippers and brokers, and lead the launch strategy alongside our team. @ This is a foundational role in our company. You’ll work directly with the founder and have creative ownership over messaging, campaigns, and positioning that move the needle—especially as we approach investor milestones and early customer onboarding. What You’ll Own + Positioning & Messaging: Shape CargoGuard’s brand voice by centering the customer’s pain—stolen loads, shipment chaos, poor documentation, and zero visibility. + Go-to-Market Planning: Help us define launch phases, ICP messaging, and awareness strategies across freight, wholesale, and 3PL sectors. + Content & Campaigns: Build marketing content (LinkedIn, email, site copy, decks) that educates and converts. + Customer Stories & Industry Pain: Create a storytelling engine using real logistics pain points, user interviews, and social proof. + Sales Enablement: Craft outbound messaging, lead-gen materials, and investor-facing decks to support outreach and fundraising. + Growth Support: Work with our partners and community groups (e.g., WholesaleCentral and other social platforms) to generate leads and warm up early adopters. Analytics & Feedback Loops: Set up the basics of marketing performance tracking to help us test and iterate with speed.
