Description Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. Typically reports to a project manager. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Responsibilities - Document customer processes and procedures - Works on basic projects with assistance and oversight of senior staff and project managers - The primary focus is on the daily delivery of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed - Builds out Jira project frameworks and templates for individual clients - Builds out Confluence spaces for individual clients - Building out Project Timeline roadmaps - Holding project grooming sessions and sprint planning - Be an active team player with a positive, can-do attitude Requirements - Typically requires 1-2 years of experience working within a PMO. - Excellent communication skills with solid written and note-taking skills - Excellent time management, problem-solving and organizational skills - Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment - Ability to juggle multiple tasks - Highly motivated - Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times - Proficient in Jira - Proficient in Confluence - Proficient in Workspaces (Google)
