Rough draft Landing Page and Product Page creation (templates)

Hello! I've created a mockup of a product in Canva. I would like to create a simple process of taking that mockup and then creating a template for landing pages that I can easily switch out with new ideas. I need someone who knows how to make landing pages from A-Z, not just the layout but also the copy and how to make things look good. In most cases, I will have images but if someone can also create images that would be fantastic. I'm looking to create a process where it costs $100-$200 each time to create different landing pages and I can just cycle through different ideas.
