This role involves scanning a substantial volume of paperwork and uploading the digital files to our cloud storage system. Responsibilities: Travel to our office in Newbury Park, CA, to perform on-site scanning. Bring and operate your own high-speed scanner and necessary equipment. Organize, scan, and digitize various documents, ensuring clarity and legibility. (paper contracts, wet-signed) Upload scanned documents to our designated cloud storage, maintaining an organized file structure. Handle all documents with confidentiality and care. Requirements: Access to document scanning equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Reliable transportation to our office location.
