Canva Help Transferring Design from Slim Can Koozie to Standard 12oz Koozie

I have a design in Canva for a slim can cooler (koozie). I have a template for a standard 12oz can cooler (koozie). I need to transfer the design from the slim can to the standard 12oz can. The problem is the boarder. I cannot get the rectangular boarder from the Slim Can re-sized to the square, standard koozie shape.
