My land development firm is focused of finding single-family/townhome development opportunities throughout the state of NJ. In doing so, we've streamlined our process in sourcing dealflow & databasing it into our Salesforce system. One step in our process is skiptracing the owner to begin contacting them. We're searching for an individual who has an extra 2-3 hours per day to skiptrace & database fresh leads. We will provide you with all tools necessary to complete each lead.
