Looking for Front Office or Admin Staff from Dental, Derm, or Primary Care Offices (Manual Workflow Insight) Description: We’re developing automation tools for healthcare practices and are looking to speak with people who do the actual daily work in clinics — especially front office or administrative staff who handle scheduling, insurance, forms, and billing. This is not a consulting or IT role. We're looking for someone who can walk us through what really happens day-to-day — the manual tasks that take time, involve copy-pasting, or switching between systems. We’re especially interested in: How patient intake and scheduling are managed (manual entry, form handling) How insurance verification, billing, and claims are processed Communication with patients and labs (email, phone, portals, fax) Any other repetitive admin or coordination tasks done in Excel or EHR systems You might be a great fit if: You currently work or have recently worked in a small to mid-sized practice (e.g., dental, dermatology, family medicine, etc.) You’ve used tools like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Nextech, Epic, Kareo, etc. You regularly do scheduling, check-ins, claims submission, or billing support You can share how you actually do the work (screenshots/examples are a plus — we’ll anonymize anything sensitive) We’ll ask for a 60–90 minute Zoom call, and this is a paid opportunity — we value your time and insight.
