Hey, I’m Kelsie, a DJ, content creator, and founder of a soulful lifestyle brand currently in the building phase. After 14 years in tech, I’m rebuilding my life and documenting the entire process from creative work and morning flows to DJ sets and brand moments that matter. I’m looking for a Chicago-based videographer + content creator to help capture it all. This starts as freelance, but I’d love to build with someone who’s open to growing into a consistent creative partner. What You’ll Do: • Shoot lifestyle & BTS content 1–2x/month (3–6 hr sessions) • Capture morning routines, DJ gigs, creative sessions, and day-in-the-life moments • Optional: edit vertical content (Reels, TikToks, or short YouTube-style clips) You Might Be Perfect If: • You care about story, energy, and meaningful moments — not just perfect visuals • You’re building your own creative journey and looking for a collaborator, not just a client • You’re inspired by music, culture, and brands with soul • You have your own gear and a flexible, communicative approach Experience Level: Intermediate. You’ve done some shoots (personal or client), feel confident with a camera, and want to grow your skills and portfolio with a like-minded creative. Contract-to-Hire: This starts as a freelance role but could absolutely evolve into something long-term if we vibe. I’m looking for someone to co-create with — not just complete tasks. Hourly Rate: $25–$40/hr depending on experience and scope. Open to growth as we build trust and rhythm.
