We're expanding our presence in the tri-state area and looking for a motivated professional to help us grow our brand through in-person engagement. Position Overview: We’re looking for an energetic and business-savvy individual with a strong work ethic. In this role, you’ll represent our company at industry events, real estate meetups, investor gatherings, and networking functions. You’ll act as the face of our brand, helping us to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers throughout NY, NJ, CT, and PA. Key Responsibilities: • Attend real estate events, investor meetups, trade shows, and networking functions across the tri-state area. • Educate attendees about our hard money loan products and services. • Promote our brand by distributing marketing materials and engaging with potential clients and partners. • Identify and develop new lead opportunities and relay them to our internal sales team. • Assist with event setup, logistics, and post-event reporting. • Stay informed on current trends in real estate investing and lending. Ideal Candidate Will Have: • A genuine interest in real estate investing, finance, or real estate lending. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Willingness and availability to travel frequently within the tri-state area. • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently. • Previous experience in real estate, lending, marketing, or sales (a plus, but not required). • Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
