Engineer/Architect Needed for Small Guest Suite Buildout

We’re converting the 11x12 covered patio (formerly a greenhouse) on the side of our house into a small guest suite with a bathroom and kitchenette. We’re bumping it out 1 foot to the right and 1 foot to the front. The slab is already there, so I’ll need specs on how to properly extend and tie in that additional perimeter. Here’s what I need from you first: I’ll provide you with rough dimensions, preferred layout, and basic fixture placements. From that, I need you to send back a draft plan showing what’s structurally and spatially possible. Once I have that, I’ll move into sourcing materials (vanity, kitchenette, windows, doors, etc.). At that point, I’ll come back to you with the actual dimensions of what I’m installing, and I’ll need the plans updated—this includes framing, plumbing, electrical, and any necessary structural or engineering adjustments. I want all trades measuring off the same reference point so nothing ends up misaligned once we’re in the field. A few specific items I know we’ll need to include: • Bathroom/kitchenette rough-in • Framing callout on the masonry wall • Roof overhang detail at the entry • Split unit placement and line set routing • Insulation consideration (roof is currently wood paneling + 2x framing + metal roofing).
