Description: We’re seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist or agency to manage and optimize a multi-channel paid media campaign for the launch of a new golf app. This is a 3-month project (June–August 2025) with a clear focus on driving app downloads and user engagement through performance-driven paid media strategies. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic platforms Ad formatting, asset management, and final delivery for each platform Manage and integrate CRM/email campaign execution App Store Optimization (ASO) to support app visibility and downloads Review, lightly edit, and format influencer/UGC video content for digital launch (basic trimming, captioning, subtitling, compliance checks) Conduct post-launch optimization based on real-time performance data Develop and deliver detailed performance reporting (CPL, conversion rates, CTR, cost-per-click, app install/conversion metrics, etc.) Ensure channel-specific deployment, effective budget pacing, and efficient media spend allocation Install and optimize conversion tracking for app downloads across all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with creative and brand leads to align messaging and creative with media strategy Weekly reporting (by Tuesday EOD) with campaign insights and recommendations Key Performance Indicators: Number of app downloads and cost per install (CPI) Cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC) Budget pacing and efficiency across platforms Weekly and cumulative reporting Must Have: Proven experience running paid ad campaigns for mobile apps, preferably in sports or lifestyle categories Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Display & YouTube), TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms Demonstrated ability to set up and optimize app install conversion tracking (with Meta Events Manager, Firebase, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, etc.) Experience managing and reporting on large media budgets ($50k+) Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns in real-time, and deliver clear, actionable reports Strong communication and collaboration skills; responsive to evolving campaign needs Nice to Have: Experience with golf or sports apps Influencer/UGC content management Project Timeline: June 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025 To Apply: Please share examples of relevant mobile APP campaigns (especially for app launches) Briefly describe your process for tracking, optimizing, and reporting on app install and conversion KPIs List platforms you have managed and approximate ad budgets handled Confirm availability for weekly reporting and collaboration throughout the campaign
