The person who fills this position should have experience creating Social Media Lead Gen ads on all the Meta platforms and have the understanding of the strategy, Implements a budget to each Meta ad, included a Landing pages URL, include landbuild a targeted audience, understand campaign results, optimize lead ads, A/B Testing, Mobile responsiveness, and other best practices that makes meta ad work effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Lead Gen. Ads Specialists will have the expertise to identify and resolve ad low results and bottlenecks to improve performance. - Understand the functionality of a Social Media Lead Gen. Ads purpose to guide the customer's journey to a sales conversion. - Work directly with the Marketing Team to execute Social Media Lead Gen. Ads design-related tasks and ad development. - Automating the process of automating all prospects, leads, and opportunities into the Go High Level CRM. - Automating the tagging and organization of prospects, leads, and opportunities in Go High Level CRM. - Collaborate with content graphic teams to ensure all ad assets are consistent and aligned with business goals. - Implement Meta ad development from start to finish. - Retargeting Ads supporting lookalike audiences - Create and integrate high-quality graphic design elements into the funnels you create. - Review ad copy to ensure the copy is going in the right direction - Consistent optimization of ad performance to achieve lead generation goals and sales conversions - Experience with building Integration processes with Meta leads funneling into Go High Level. - Minimal direction needed once given direction on a task or project. - Expert level Meta Ad development and Implementation of ads. - Ability to solve problems and find the answer. - Provide Meta ad maintenance. - Perform AB testing - Self-motivated and independent. - Basic copywriting knowledge. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of proven working experience as a Social Media Lead Gen. Ads Specialist within Meta Platform. - Have a double digit lead gen. Ad lead and conversion rate tracking record of driving measurable results. - Strong knowledge of Meta Ad development and technical Meta report analytics, and supporting best practices. - Highly proficiency with Meta ads audience developments and GEO targeting audience - Experience with landing page A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience with Meta ad development, performance optimization, and geo tracking/targeting. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. - Fluent in Speaking, Reading, Writing English. Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus. - Experience in the HVAC Service Industry is a Plus.
