Job Description As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase our visibility and drive traffic to our website. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our SEO efforts align with our overall marketing goals and comply with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and long-tail phrases that match patient search intent. Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, secure hosting (HTTPS), and crawlability. Develop and execute a content strategy that includes creating SEO-friendly, informative, and authoritative content (e.g., blog posts, service pages, FAQs) while ensuring compliance with medical advertising regulations. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, identify opportunities, and provide clear, actionable reports. Ensure all SEO activities comply with HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other relevant healthcare regulations. Optimize for local SEO (if applicable) to attract patients in specific regions. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and healthcare industry changes to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other marketing channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns) to create a cohesive and amplified marketing strategy. Provide a detailed SEO roadmap with milestones, timelines, and clear goals for the first 1-3 months and beyond. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful projects, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries. Expertise in keyword research, Google Ads management, and technical SEO. Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and FDA regulations. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple terms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Experience in content strategy and creation, particularly in creating content that builds trust and authority in the healthcare sector. Preferred Qualifications Experience with local SEO and managing Google My Business listings. Knowledge of the telehealth industry and patient behavior. Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation for SEO projects.
