Dog ad for Modern Dog

I need a half page ad for my novel, to appear in Modern Dog. I have all the copy but need someone to do layout and possibly graphics. They expect to have copy by February 28th. The challenge will be to distil the attached copy and cover photo into an effective ad. Considerable editing will be involved. I'm favoring a vertical vs. horizontal ad for this typical 8 1/2 x 11 magazine.
