We are a Leadership and Management Consulting firm seeking an experienced and reliable Government Contract Proposal Writer to support us in preparing competitive and compliant responses to federal, state, and local RFPs. Our work spans executive coaching, leadership development, organizational assessments, and strategic consulting for both non-profits and mid-sized companies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the government procurement process and capable of translating our service offerings into compelling proposals that align with solicitation requirements. Responsibilities: • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to extract and interpret requirements • Develop proposal outlines, compliance checklists, and submission plans • Draft, edit, and format content for technical, management, and past performance sections • Collaborate with our internal team to gather necessary information and tailor content to the opportunity • Ensure proposals meet all formatting, compliance, and submission standards • Assist with capability statements, executive summaries, and supporting documents as needed Requirements: • Demonstrated experience writing successful proposals for government contracts • Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and government procurement compliance • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently • Familiarity with tools such as SAM.gov, GovWin, or BidSync is a plus Preferred Experience: • Proposals related to leadership training, DEI facilitation, organizational development, or consulting services • Experience writing for non-profit and public-sector clients • Grant writing experience is a bonus To Apply: Please submit: • A brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience • 1–2 samples of past government proposals
