Customer Service Representative Needed for Phone and Email Support

We are a wellness and health based e-commerce company specializing in natural nutritional supplements. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is friendly, personable, and excels in both phone communication and email correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support to our customers. If you are passionate about helping others and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Additional Details: Must be extremely detail oriented, a quick learner, and be able to quickly problem solve as well as quickly navigate through customer orders/questions/etc. Must be familiar with Shopify. Gorgias experience is preferred, but not required. You will be required to answer customer emails and customer phone calls daily. This position will begin with response to emails and phone calls. To be considered for position applicant must mention the word blue in subject line. You must have a good knowledge of our products. (Training and information will be provided) Must be able to answer product questions confidently. A general interest in natural health is preferred, but not required. Time schedule for position will begin at 9 am CST. You will be required to log on promptly. We will not condone tardiness or lack of discipline. We are an A+ team that is looking for an A+ team member who is hard-working and diligent. Scheduling and hours will vary at first, looking for someone who can commit to at least 4 hours daily. Please note the contract is subject to change and may be terminated at any point if necessary. Hire is not guaranteed a permanent job or a specific number of hours. We hold the right to end the contract or terminate any hire at any reason if deemed necessary
