Years ago I had an assistant that my clients and customers loved. She was in charge of returning calls regarding a product or potential service I offered. I'm a relationship coach. I trained her, but her super power was simply that she had the ability to make the customer feel like she actually cared about what they were going through. Now, she didn't coach them or aggressively try and pitch them something they didn't need. But so many clients told me about their conversation with Tina was the moment when they decided to sign up for a coaching session. Sadly, Tina passed away and I found other ways to generate leads and sales so I never got around to trying to replace her. I have someone who handles the phone calls now, and she's fine. But even she mentioned that she's not Tina. I'm not asking you to duplicate Tina, but I am looking for someone to return calls from customers and women needing product support.
