We are a high-performing home services company based in Ohio, specializing in basement waterproofing, mold remediation, yard drainage, and foundation repair. We’re aggressively expanding and need a freelance recruiter who can help us hire 2–4 motivated, commission-only sales closers to run in-home appointments and close deals face-to-face. The owner is remote, and the GM (myself) is managing operations locally—I need someone else to fully own the hiring process from job posting to interview to handoff. ⸻ Scope of Work: You’ll be responsible for: • Writing or refining job ads (we can provide a proven version) • Posting ads on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc. • Screening applicants • Reviewing video submissions from applicants • Conducting 10–15 minute phone or Zoom interviews • Recommending top candidates to our team • Assisting with onboarding (optional, bonus if you can) ⸻ Ideal Candidate Has: • Proven experience recruiting commission-based or in-home sales reps • Understanding of door-to-door, in-home, or home services sales • Ability to weed out non-performers fast • Strong communication skills and ability to move fast • Network of sales reps (optional but a major plus) ⸻ Compensation: • Flat fee per successful hire (we can negotiate this) • Bonus for speed or high-quality candidates • Possible ongoing role if you perform well ⸻ Additional Notes: This is a plug-and-play recruiting project.
